A health report is a document that you may encounter in many official applications. In addition to being a report that proves you are healthy, a medical report can also be a report that identifies your ailment or ailments.
From a legal definition, a health report is a document created and approved by an authorized physician in line with certain criteria, regarding whether the person’s physical and mental health is suitable for performing a certain job, duty or purpose.
Employers must take care of the health of their employees. For this reason, according to the Occupational Health and Safety regulations, an employee is required to obtain a health report when entering a new job or returning to work after being on leave for a long time.
The validity period of the employment report varies according to the risk group status of the jobs. The workplaces are divided into three categories as risk factors by the Ministry of Health and the validity period of the employment health reports are given below:
One Year for Very Dangerous Workplaces (Mining, Construction, Chemical Factories)
Three Years for Dangerous Workplaces (Can work in heavy and dangerous jobs abroad)
Five Years for Less Hazardous Workplaces (Offices, Offices, Restaurants).

The 1st group health reports cover M, A1, A2, A, B1, B, BE and F class license receivables. These classes consist of light vehicle drivers and drivers in this class have to renew their licenses with a new health report every 10 years.
The 2nd group health reports include C1, C1E, C, CE, D1, D1E, D, DE and G class license receivables. These classes generally consist of heavy vehicle and commercial vehicle drivers, and drivers in this class have to renew their licenses every 5 years by obtaining a new health report.
A report of incapacity for work is a report that must be obtained with the approval of a specialist doctor in case an insured employee falls ill, becomes pregnant, has a work accident or suffers from an occupational disease. In order to receive incapacity payment by SSI, patients must obtain an incapacity report.
According to the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, there are 3 different temporary incapacity benefits. These can be classified as having an accident or occupational disease at work, illness or illness, and pregnancy and childbirth for women.
