He was born in Mardin – Dargeçit in 1962.

He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. He started to work in Ordu-Ünye in 1989 as part of his public service obligation. He worked as a general practitioner in Ordu-Unye between 1989-1999.

He received his Pediatric Health and Diseases specialization at Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2006.

He worked as a specialist doctor in Hakkari-Şemdinli between 2007-2008 within the scope of his public service obligation.

He left Tekirdağ-Çorlu State Hospital, where he worked in 2008, of his own accord, and started to work in private health institutions in Istanbul.

He worked in various Private Medical Centers and Private Hospitals in Istanbul.
He speaks English and Arabic languages.

He continues to work as a Child Health and Specialist, which he started in Arnavutköy Private Sevgi Medical Center in 2020.
