He was born in 1969 in Kartal, primary school, secondary school and read the list in Kartal.

He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1993. He did his compulsory service in Malkara state hospital. He worked in various health ministry institutions in Istanbul. Between 1997-2008, he worked at the Arnavutköy Health Center. In 1999, he established the private love medical center. He has been the director and doctor of the center that he founded for about 20 years.
